Breathe! YES, Breathe

  1. Focus on your breath.

  2. Hold your tongue under the roof of your mouth. Inhale through your nose to the count of 4.

  3. Hold your breath to the count of 7.

  4. Exhale audibly through your mouth to the count of 8.

  5. Practice this technique at least 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the evening.

You'll notice that you will feel more relaxed and peaceful. Soon you'll begin automatically breathing in this fashion when you are stressed...and you will be able to relax and step back from the stress surrounding you.
