An I Love You Day
Like many Silicon Valley residents, you lead a very busy life both personally and professionally managing your work and caring for family and friends. When was the last time you paid attention to caring for yourself?
What would you think of an "I Love You" day just for you. For those of you who already practice self care, congratulations! It's a great way to re-engergize your mind, body, and spirit and to make you more fun to hang out with.
For the rest of you, I challenge you to create some time just for you and notice the results. In case it's been so long that you can't even identify what you might enjoy, here are a few starters:

- Have a beach, biking, hiking, favorite restaurant, art museum, picnic experience.
