Walking Through the Hurt
Has your spouse or boyfriend or girlfriend recently broken up with you? Are you feeling as though you will never find someone to be with again AND you don't want to go back to the dating scene? Do you constantly think about him or her?

- Take a hike, go bike riding.
- Organize that pile of papers you have been intending to get to.
- Get together with friends.
- Start focusing on areas of your life that are working.
- Make a list of gratitudes at the end of the day.
